Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Kanso Ledger collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you create an account, we store your name, email address, and password (securely hashed). The habits, notes, income, and expense entries you log are stored so the app can display them to you across your devices. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How we use it

Your information is used only to provide the service: showing your calendars, streaks, goals, and reports, and sending you essential account emails such as password resets. We do not use your personal data for advertising.

Your data and your choices

You can edit or delete your entries at any time from within the app. If you close your account, your personal data will be deleted from our systems. You may contact us at any time to request a copy of your data or ask for it to be removed.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to it is restricted to you through your signed-in session. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

If you have questions about this policy, please reach out through our contact page.
